Cline, Cline & Griffin Announces New Shareholders of the Law Firm
Cline, Cline & Griffin is pleased to announce Attorneys Megan Mulder and Nancy Chinonis will become shareholders in the firm on January 1, 2021. Both attorneys bring valuable experience and expertise in their respective areas of law.
Attorney Mulder maintains a practice in the area of civil litigation with focus on medical and hospital malpractice defense, including cases arising from the Flint water crisis. Additionally, she is well versed in hospital and professional licensure defense, personal injury law and municipal law.
Attorney Chinonis maintains a practice in the area of litigation including general, hospital and medical malpractice defense, and employment law. Attorney Chinonis works closely with clients regarding preparation of employment handbooks, disciplinary actions, claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblowing, as well as pre- and
post-termination issues.
Attorney Chinonis has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past four years, presently maintains the position of Treasurer for the Genesee County Bar Association, President of the Flint Trial Lawyers Association and was recently appointed to the State Bar of Michigan Character & Fitness Committee.
