Cline, Cline & Griffin, P.C. Sponsors the Waverly Robotics Team

Cline, Cline & Griffin, P.C. recently sponsored the Waverly Robotics Team of the Waverly Community School District in Lansing, Michigan! Participation in the Waverly Robotics program teaches students a wide variety of skills such as leadership, communication, and teamwork. The team’s overall focus is aimed at educating students about the wide reaching world of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). The team is comprised of about 50 students which are tasked to build a competing robot in six weeks. The team also has students dedicated to writing grants seeking funding and other resources for the robotics program. As a part of the sponsorship, CC&G established the team’s booster club which is a 501(c)(3) organization comprised of parents, community members, and educators devoted to ensuring that all robotics programs in the Waverly Community School District have the resources needed to run effectively.
